Create a template

   Templates → New template

   Name it, pick a category (Promotion, Welcome, Reminder, Feedback) and a type: Text, Image or Video.

   Write each language

   French and English are the supported languages. Each one has its own message; use Generate with AI to draft it from a short brief.

   Attach media per language

   For Image or Video templates, upload the French banner under French and the English banner under English. The status strip shows which languages still need media.

   Use variables

   {{name}}, {{firstName}}, {{city}} and {{phone}} are replaced per contact at send time.

   Submit for review

   The template becomes Pending until an admin approves it. Drafts stay private.
