Anti-ban and sending safety
The pacing rules that protect your number, and how to tune them.
Settings → Sending & anti-ban holds the defaults every campaign follows. A campaign can override the delay; everything else applies to every send.
Sending & anti-ban settings.
public/screenshots/anti-ban.png| Setting | Default | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Delay between messages | 8–18 s | Random within the range; a campaign can set its own |
| Quiet hours | Off (21:00–07:00 when on) | Sending waits until the window closes; may cross midnight |
| Auto-pause on failures | 5 % | Pauses the campaign when the failure rate exceeds it |
| Retry failed messages | 1 | Attempts after a transient failure (0–3) |
| Simulate typing | On | Shows a typing indicator before each send |
| Randomize contact order | On | Avoids predictable patterns |
Never shorten delays below 5 s
Fast sending is the most common reason a number gets restricted. If a campaign feels slow, schedule it earlier instead.Still need help?
