Acceptable use
Send only to contacts who agreed to hear from you. Spam, scams, adult content and anything illegal in Cameroon lead to immediate suspension without refund.
Template review
Every message template is reviewed before it can be sent. We may reject templates that violate WhatsApp's policies or these terms, and we explain why.
Your WhatsApp account
Marketa is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. Sending practices are your responsibility; our anti-ban tools reduce but cannot eliminate the risk of restrictions.
Plans and payments
Every account starts on the Free plan. Paid plans are paid inside the app for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and renew at the price locked when you subscribed. When a plan's limits are reduced, the reduction only applies at your next renewal. Refunds are handled case by case for service failures.
One computer at a time
An account is signed in on one computer at a time. Signing in elsewhere signs the previous computer out. Campaigns run on the computer that started them.
Availability
We target 99.9 % uptime for the Marketa service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in-app at least 24 hours ahead.
