Connect a WhatsApp session

Pair a number by QR code, keep it healthy and extract its contacts.

Sessions → New session
Give it a name, choose Personal or Business and a label colour.

Create & connect
A QR code appears. On your phone open WhatsApp → Menu (⋮) → Linked devices → Link a device.

Scan
Point the camera at the code. The card turns green with your number when linked.

Extract contacts
Press Extract on a connected session: every WhatsApp contact of that number is added to your address book as a verified contact. Numbers already there are skipped.

Session states

State	Meaning	What to do
Online	Linked and ready to send	Nothing
Waiting for scan	QR displayed, not yet linked	Scan or press New code
Disconnected	Phone offline or logged out	Reconnect from the card

Keep the phone online

WhatsApp needs the phone to be connected to the internet at least every 14 days. Campaigns wait automatically when the session drops and resume when it comes back.

How many sessions?

The number of sessions you can link follows your plan: 1 on Free and Starter, up to 10 on Business.
