Broadcast lists → New list
Name the list and add a description.

Set filters
Gender, name title, occupation, language, city and business-accounts-only.

Review matches
The right panel shows matching contacts. Pick the ones you want, or Add all.

Save
The list is ready to pick when creating a campaign. Duplicate it to start a variant.
